Can Creatine Give Traders a Mental Edge?

How a Popular Supplement Might Boost Your Trading

I should start this by saying I’m not a health expert; don’t listen to me.

Just a curious trader exploring different things and sharing them with you 🙂

(Urgh I do hate having to add disclaimers to every single thing these days, whatever happened to personal responsibility…)

Anyway…

Creatine is a widely used supplement, generally in the fitness industry.

It’s supposedly good for building muscle, recovering quickly, and generally improving performance.

But is it good for traders? It might be… let me share my findings.

Benefits of Creatine

Emerging research has suggested that creatine may improve cognitive function, particularly in tasks that need quick thinking.

So of course my trading ears pricked up and I dug a bit deeper.

Apparently, taking creatine has these benefits for your brain:

  • Improved Short-Term Memory and Intelligence
  • Reduced Mental Fatigue
  • Stress and Mood Regulation

I don’t know about you but these seem ideal for an active trader!

And if you’re a gym goer too, then you might get a double benefit.

Jacked and better monthly returns…

It seems like you can get creatine in powder form and gummies.

Anyway – it’s piqued my interest and I need to do some more digging, but I thought it was worth a share.

Do your own research and all that good stuff, please.

If you’re reading this and you are familiar with creatine, shoot me a reply with your opinion.

Should traders consider taking creatine, or is this a waste of time?
