  1. Open Chat GPT and upload your checklist PDF.
  2. Tell it what it is and ask it to memorise the questions for future use.

Chat GPT will then analyse the PDF and store the questions for you.

Now, open the mobile or desktop app, and start a new session using the advanced voice function.

It looks like this.

This super cool voice feature allows you to talk back and forth, asking questions.

Say something like:

“I am starting my trading day, I want you to run through my pre-market checklist questions, listen to my answers, and summarise them into a report”

Chat GPT will then guide you through your checklist questions, sometimes even mixing up the order to keep it fresh (unless you ask it not to).

All done via voice, so you can stay focused on the screens.

Once you’re finished, it can compile a clean report for you to review (if you want it.)

No need to print off the PDF or jot things down.

You can even ask it to identify weaknesses in your daily plan or offer tips to improve your focus.
