How to Use ChatGPT for Market Analysis Now

So last week I shared a Chat GPT hack.

​Which is pretty cool…

Well, I received an interesting question in the replies.
​
​“Mark, how do I make Chat GPT access real-time market price data”
​
​It’s not possible yet, but there are some workarounds, depending on what you want to do.
​
Let’s explore…

REAL-TIME DATA

Ok, so you have a few options.

None of these are true real-time data yet but it won’t be long until Chat GPT just links right into a real-time price feed seamlessly,

But for now, AFAIK this is what we’ve got.

  1. Upload the data using a CSV file

    I covered this in a webinar. You can download price data from Trading View and upload it into Chat GPT for analysis. Useful depending on what you are trying to do. Not real-time, but good for analysis and simple strategy testing.

  2. Screenshot a chart

    Yes, this works (kinda). You can paste a screenshot of a chart and ask Chat GPT to tell you what it sees or a specific question. It does state the obvious sometimes but it could be a good process to help you workshop through a trade idea.

Not groundbreaking, but useful for a lot of things.

As soon as there’s a way to hook up real-time price data I’ll let you know.
