Weekend Watch: Master Trading Psychology

On Fridays, I often like to give you something to watch, read, or listen to over the weekend that I think will help your trading.

This time I’ve got a great video from peak performance expert Steve Ward.

Many of you know Steve already, he’s spoken to members, and been on the podcast several times.

He’s a firm favourite with traders.

Anyway, in this video “How to Master Trading Psychology” at 21:30 minutes Steve talks about taking what he calls ‘just right’ risk.

The whole video is worth a watch but this section in particular focuses on a framework to assess if the risk you are taking is ‘just right’.

• Too little and you don’t care
• Too much and it triggers anxiety, worry, and stress
